The graphic comes from the Cleveland Clinic, via SheKnows. It highlights the do’s and dont’s for five common types of chronic pain: neck pain, shoulder pain, lower back pain, jaw pain and headaches, and hip pain. It’s similar to aprevious graphic we saw at the Wall Street Journal, but recommends the best and worst positions by type of pain.
